Business License Online Renewal

Eligibility
Your Business Registration renewal is due by January 31st each year. Renewal notices are mailed out the beginning of December to the address of record. However, if you do not receive a courtesy renewal notice, you are not alleviated from this requirement. If you do not receive your renewal notice by December 15th please contact (562) 904-7249 or email BusReg-Renewal@downeyca.org. To avoid penalties please ensure your payment is received no later than January 31st. Please be advised that online renewal payments can only be made via Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
Process
Verify the information printed on your renewal. If any of the information is incorrect or outdated please make these changes online. Please note that not all changes will be accepted online as they may require a new business registration.

Enter your business registration account #. This number can be found on your renewal form in the upper left section.
PIN
Enter your online renewal pin #. This number can be found both at the top and bottom of your renewal form. Click here to have the PIN emailed to the primary contact's email on file.
